Vacation Rentals are open in Pinellas County!
Quick updates on vacation rentals in Pinellas County:
- Resort Rentals is having its best 7 day booking period ever! We are experiencing a release of pent up demand. If you are going to book, please book early. The team is experiencing the highest call volume ever!
- We are not allowing guest from NY, NJ, CT, or LA to book. These are restrictions placed on Resort Rentals by Governor DeSantis. We will allow people from LA to check in on July 4th or after.
- Beaches are open. Keep a 6ft distance from others and do not congregate in groups of 10 or larger.
- Check the rules on the pool at your building. Many pools have occupancy restrictions at 50% of their typical occupancy. Many buildings are reducing the quantity of lounge chairs at the pool. Share the amenities and be courteous to others!
- Restaurants are at 50% occupancy. Reserve your dinner early to avoid issues.

- Pack a cooler of meat.
- Pick up any trash at the beach.
- Enjoy the state parks.
- Tip your waiters well. They have been without pay for 2 months!
